How to navigate your APCM portal
Step 1: Set Up Multifactor Authentication
You will receive a link from Okta (noreply@okta.com) on October 12th. This link will expire in 7 days. Click the link from your email and follow the options (referenced below) to set up your Okta account. You will then gain access to the APCM portal.
Step 2: Sign in to the Portal
Use your email address, the password and multifactor method you set up in step 1 to sign in.

Step 3: Access your APCM Investment Manager Statements
- Find your dashboard (if you have multiple accounts with APCM, select the dashboard for the account you would like to see).
- Click the dropdown menu “Statements”
- Select “Statement Download”
- Select between the following:
- Investment Manager Statements
- Investment Manager Invoices
- Select your date range
- Select your Format
- Click Download

The portal is how APCM clients access their APCM investment statements and invoices.
APCM statements include extensive data, including your portfolio overview, appraisals and compositions, investment performance, transactions summary, un/realized gains and losses, cash ledger, portfolio summary and targets, disclosures, and much more.
Invoices are the monthly bill for APCM’s Investment Services.

Okta is the two-factor authentication (2FA) system used by Clearwater. The 2FA adds a second layer of security to your online accounts. Verifying your identity using a second source of information prevents bad actors or unauthorized users to access your data.

Yes, you can set up an account such as accountspayable@APCMclient.com and share your password with your team then select a security question that your team knows. Contact Lindsey to set up users.
No, We just require that you provide us the name and email address for your authorized user.
The client reports this to Lindsey (lindsey@apcm.net) and a password will be returned to you within 48-hours
