Chief Compliance Officer

Gail joined APCM in April 2026 and has more than 20 years of experience in financial regulatory compliance. She began her career conducting examinations for the SEC.

Working in both the New York and Texas offices, Gail examined Mutual Funds, Investment Advisers, and Broker-Dealers nationwide.

Prior to joining APCM, she served as Chief Compliance Officer for multiple SEC-registered investment advisers. Her compliance background spans broker-dealer and investment company regulation, with deep expertise in investment adviser compliance.
